Mortar tubs commonly don’t have way to lift them with a crane. Some are sold as a plastic version which we also manufacture. ASME in the US requires that we use steel for structural lifters. That is exactly what we are offering here.

We included two lifting points that on ours gives you a rating of 550 to 1100 lbs depending on the model chosen. The practice of putting slings around bins is not a legal way to lift. If the bin isn’t rated to be lifted that way, you are violating what that manufacturer planned and you have no knowledge of it’s capacity to be lifted in the manner you are lifting. It’s a matter of time until you have a failure, or a safety inspector notices it. Get ahead of the problem and get our bins that are rated for cranes, and safe to use with forklifts.
